Client Service Manager LAAM Middle East/South Africa


Purpose:
To provide account management support for MMIT within the LAAM (Latin America, Africa, and Middle East) region. Prime focus will be on the existing clients in the Middle East and South Africa. The Client Service Manager will provide the essential link between our company, our local clients and their marketing agencies, fulfillment agencies and many other relevant local parties. The Client Service Manager is responsible for the commercial and operational communication with our clients.

The Client Service Manager LAAM – Middle East and South Africa will be located in Dubai! Occasional travel to client/agencies in other LAAM countries will be expected.

Tasks & responsibilities:
  • Provide account management support for MMIT within the LAAM region. Prime location responsibility: Middle East and South Africa;
  • Candidate will liaise directly with the client and their agencies to ensure the clients marketing requests are responded to and relationship is developed for the mutual benefit of client and MMIT initiatives;
  • Monitoring and reporting of data processes (in conjunction with data specialist team) and reporting back to the client as applicable;
  • Ensure deadlines are adhered to and production quality standards for the market are adhered to;
  • Provide follow up on decisions and feedback to the Region Manager LAAM;
  • Ensure effective and constructive working relationships within Multi-M/IT in order to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency;
  • Ensure effective internal communication tools are used to optimize interdepartmental communication and exploitation of internal resources.

Qualifications & skills:
  • Fluency in English and Arabic;
  • Relevant DM/CRM or Database Marketing experience – 3 years;
  • Account management experience with Middle Eastern and international clients;
  • Must be a self starter, able to work independently with international support;
  • Ability to take initiative and adhere to priorities with minimal direct supervision;
  • Good organization and planning skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate several key  projects simultaneously;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Strong customer service focus;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships within the organization;
  • A positive and pro-active, solution-oriented approach to problems;
  • Well-balanced character and a good mix of both conceptual and operational skills;

Client Service Manager Southern Europe


Purpose:
The Client Service Manager provides support for MMIT to clients our Southern Europe Cluster (SEC). This means the candidate acts as an International CRM consultant; he/she will be a CRM B2C advisor and provide the essential link between our international knowledge and experience, our local clients and their marketing agencies, fulfillment agencies and many other relevant parties.

The candidate is responsible for the commercial and operational contact with our clients and reports to the Manager Client Services.

Prime location responsibility: the Netherlands.

Tasks & responsibilities:
  • To provide client service management support for MMIT in the SEC. Prime location responsibility: the Netherlands. 
  • Candidate will liaise directly with the client and their agencies to ensure the clients marketing requests are responded to and relationship is developed for the mutual benefit of client and MMIT initiatives
  • Monitoring and reporting of data processes (in conjunction with data specialist team) and reporting back to the client as applicable.
  • Act internally to maintain the relationship between our Data Specialists, Data Services team and our CRM Application Managers
  • Control of budgets
  • Ensure deadlines are adhered to and production quality standards for the market are adhered to, including SLA management;
  • Responsible for the development, design and execution of effective operating initiatives which serve to improve MMIT’s  operations and systems that add value to the organization’s ability to deliver quality services to existing clients and new business;
  • Provide follow up on decisions and feedback to the Manager Client Services
  • Ensure effective and constructive working relationships within Multi-M/IT in order to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency;
  • Ensure effective internal communication tools are used to optimize interdepartmental communication and exploitation of internal resources;

Qualifications & skills:
  • Language: Fluent in English, Italian and/or French
  • Relevant DM/CRM or Database Marketing experience 7 + years;
  • Account & Project management experience with Southern Europe clients;
  • Good organization and planning skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate several key  projects simultaneously;
  • A sharp mind with a strong business focus and proven technical and analytical skills;

Implementation Manager


Purpose:
The Project Implementation & Support Team (PIT) is responsible for managing cross-Departmental projects and implementing Multi-M/IT’s services for new clients.

Your role will be to manage the implementation of our services to new large clients with keeping a special focus on business continuity and business change.

You will first work closely with our new business development team to review the business requirements and to provide input before the finalization of the offer is done (review/validate project deliverables and technical solutions). When the budget is approved by the Client, you will document the project and build the project schedule (following Multi-M/IT Project Management methodology). You will carry the responsibility for a good course of the project that is conform the planning, budget, guidelines and quality norms agreed upon.

You will be responsible to communicate progress, risks and issues to the project Stakeholders. When risks arise, you will build contingency plans. When issues are reported, you will deal with the issues and provide solutions or alternatives.

You will report progress to the Client and carefully manage the scope and deliverables of the project. In case of ‘out of scope’ requests or delays/issues caused by the Client, you will liaise with the new business development team to value the impact and warn/inform the Client when additional budget is required.

Once the product, solution and service is successfully delivered, you will work closely with the Operational team to transfer the knowledge, and coach them to ensure a smooth (and transparent for the Client) transition of the product, solution and service from the new business development team, through the implementation team to operations. You will make sure that the processes related to the usage and maintenance of the product are well documented. As Multi-M/IT is a fast growing organization using new technologies, you will have to continuously adapt to new clients and new technologies.

Qualifications & skills:
  • Minimum experience: 5-10 years in ICT Project or Implementation Management in a multi-cultural environment;
  • Proven track of record in transition management and/or successful implementations;
  • Sound knowledge of project and transition management techniques;
  • Ability to understand and validate system design (good technical background);
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and efficiently;
  • Proven social skills;
  • Fluent in the English language;
  • Desired experience: Expertise in the marketing and CRM;
  • Master degree or equivalent working experience.

Oracle Developer


Purpose:
As Oracle developer you develop and design technical solutions with the necessary functionalities. Another part of the job is to optimize and test our Oracle CRM applications and act as a “helping hand” for our data Quality and operational CRM teams.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and maintain new Oracle based systems;
  • Ensure improvement and optimal use of existing Oracle systems;
  • Assist implementations and testing processes;
  • Assist users of our Databases and applications;
  • Liaise with Oracle manager on priorities;
  • Liaise with the Service Desk to solve problems in the most professional manner.

Qualifications & skills:
  • Minimum of 4 years general Oracle experience;
  • Working knowledge of Oracle 10g;
  • Extensive PL/SQL development experience;
  • Strong SQL coding skills required;
  • Experience with database modelling;
  • Experience with identifying and troubleshooting performance issues;
  • Experience with Application Express, XML and web services is an advantage;

Manager Production Services


Purpose:
As manager production services you will be managing a team of 9 data specialists. You will be the line manager of the data specialists and responsible for the quality and efficiency within that team. Since you have a technical background, you are able to create the most optimal processes; you will be working closely with the other managers in Operations to come to operational excellence.

There will also be an important link with our Data Services team and the data experts in our Service Delivery.

You are a people manager who knows how to stimulate and motivate his/her team to share knowledge and bring the general expertise to a higher level.

Tasks & responsibilities:
  • Manager of a team of 9 data specialists
  • Working close together with the other Operational managers (Quality Assurance, Client Services) towards Operational Excellence 
  • Set up standardized processes for data processing (procedures and packages) using best practices
  • Improve efficiency and effectiveness of the team
  • Coaching and development of the team and its individuals
  • Manage optimization of the writing of SQL scripts for multiple database platforms, utilize SQL techniques including nested sub queries, multi-pass SQL, and use of set operators (union, intersection, except), reading of data models.

Qualifications & skills:
  • 7+ years experience of working with SQL Server (developing SQL queries) and/or Oracle;
  • 5+ years experience in people management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably another foreign language
  • Has the ability to manage by exception (situational leadership)
  • Has the ability to develop strong working relationships within the organisation
  • Has a positive and solution-oriented approach
  • Has experience in application of supply chain management
  • Has attention to detail and accuracy, but can take on a broader view if needed
  • Has a strong customer service focus
  • Shows initiative, works flexibly and adheres to priorities with minimal direct supervision
  • Has good organisation and planning skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate several key projects simultaneously
  • Bachelors degree preferred
