Business Intelligence Web Analyst


Purpose:
Due to growth in the workload of the Business Intelligence Team (BI Team) we are recruiting for a Business Intelligence Web Analyst (BI Web Analyst). The BI Team reports on the marketing activities of our clients and provides them with vital statistics of their business. The BI Team conducts analysis to better understand consumer behaviour, compiles recurring reports and advises our clients how to maximize the effectiveness of their marketing. Reports, metrics and analyses are essential to the accountability of marketing activities. Traditional CRM has moved from mail to e-mail, and the last few years to Social Media. Vast amounts of data are being gathered on web visits, page views, time on site, bounce rates etc. The challenge is as always not the gathering of data, but turning it into actionable information, ultimately leading to web and search engine optimization and increased conversion.

As a BI Web Analyst you are responsible to develop, implement and maintain relevant metrics and KPI’s about the online activities of our clients. You will create and distribute reports and analyses on those metrics and KPI’s. A BI Web Analyst advises and collaborates with the clients to safeguard the measurability of web stats. Another task is to create A/B and multivariate tests, and analyze and report on test results. You are responsible for the set-up and execute Social Media Sentiment analysis. It is expected of a BI Analyst to proactively advise clients on web site optimization and search engine optimization.

Qualifications & skills:

Data Quality Solutions Developer


Purpose:
Clean customer records is key to our CRM solutions and the Data Quality Team (DQT) is responsible for the quality of the data in our client databases. The DQT makes sure the data, which includes information about names, (e-mail) addresses, and car brand model, is corrected and cleansed. The team develops and adjusts solutions to cleanse and validate customer names and addresses from several countries inside and outside Europe.
As part of the team you will develop complete cleansing workflows using third party tools, such as Trillium, as well as contribute to in-house developed cleansing modules using SQL and programming languages. New directions in which you will participate are the redesign from (file) batch operations towards service oriented architectures and the use of navigation data and maps for address normalization. We have more urgent work at the moment than we can complete within a reasonable time. This urgent work includes both sustain and new development.

As a Data Quality Solutions Developer you are responsible for cleansing levels of a number of (new) countries or (new) clients. You will develop and fine-tune name and address validation rules and maintain postal reference data. Also, you will assess new sources of postal reference data. It is expected of a Data Quality Solutions Developer to investigate and scrutinize new data sources before they are added to our CRM databases and to provide support on our internal software users and operational CRM teams. You will work together with project managers about country-specific issues and with our Software Development Team on the embedding of data cleansing and monitoring the complete process cycle of customer records.

Qualifications & skills:
  • Good analytical skills and a sharp eye for the extraordinary, outliers, errors
  • A minimum of 4 years general database experience and knowledge of SQL (Access, SQL server)
  • Knowledge of a common programming language (such as C#, .Net, Visual Basic, Delphi, T/SQL, PL/SQL)
  • Experience with Web services and knowledge of XML would be useful
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written) and preferably knowledge of another foreign language

Implementation Manager


Purpose & responsibilities:
The Service Delivery team is responsible for managing cross-Departmental projects and implementing Multi-M/IT’s services for new clients. Your role will be to manage the implementation of our services to new large clients with keeping a special focus on business continuity and business change. You will first work closely with our new business development team to review the client’s requirements and to provide input before the finalization of the offer is done (review/validate project deliverables and technical solutions). When the budget is approved by the Client, you will document the project and build the project schedule (following Multi-M/IT Project Management methodology). You will carry the responsibility for a good course of the project that is conform the planning, budget, guidelines and quality norms agreed upon. You will be responsible to communicate progress, risks and issues to the project Stakeholders. When risks arise, you will build contingency plans. When issues are reported, you will deal with the issues and provide solutions or alternatives. You will report progress to the Client and carefully manage the scope and deliverables of the project. In case of ‘out of scope’ requests or delays/issues caused by the Client, you will liaise with the new business development team to value the impact and warn/inform the Client when additional budget is required. Once the product, solution and service is successfully delivered, you will work closely with the Operational team to transfer the knowledge, and coach them to ensure a smooth (and transparent for the Client) transition of the product, solution and service from the new business development team, through the implementation team to operations. You will make sure that the processes related to the usage and maintenance of the product are well documented. As Multi-M/IT is a fast growing organization using new technologies, you will have to continuously adapt to new clients and new technologies.

Profile:
  • Minimum experience: 5-10 years in ICT Project or Implementation Management in a multi-cultural environment;
  • Proven track of record in transition management and/or successful implementations;
  • Sound knowledge of project and transition management techniques;
  • Ability to understand and validate system design, data models (good technical background);
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and efficiently;
  • Proven social skills;
  • Fluent in the English language;
  • Desired experience: Expertise in the marketing and CRM;
  • Master degree or equivalent working experience.

Oracle Developer


Purpose:
All the customer data that Multi-M/IT processes is eventually gathered in a CRM database. It is the responsibility of the Orca team to further develop the database(s) in order to be able to continuously store this data in an accurate, neat and fast fashion. On the other hand the data is used through various tools and processes (GUIs, extracts, data warehouse).

Because the Orca team is supporting more and more markets and we want to offer extra, improved services for all those markets we are recruiting for an Oracle Developer. As an Oracle developer you develop and design technical solutions with the necessary functionalities. Another part of the job is to optimize and test our Oracle CRM applications and act as a “helping hand” for our Data Quality and Operational teams.

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Developer who can work under pressure and adhere to priorities with minimal direct supervision. You are proactive, flexible and analytical. With troubleshooting you are expected to take a positive, solution-oriented approach to problems.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and maintain new Oracle systems
  • Ensure improvement and optimal use of existing Oracle systems
  • Assist implementations and testing processes
  • Assist users of our Databases and applications
  • Liaise with Oracle manager on priorities
  • Liaise with the Service Desk to solve problems in the most professional manner

Qualifications & skills:
  • Minimum of 8 years general Oracle experience
  • Working knowledge of at least Oracle 10g and 11g
  • Extensive PL/SQL development experience
  • Strong SQL coding skills required
  • Experience with database modelling
  • Experience with identifying and troubleshooting performance issues
  • Experience with Application Express, XML and web services is an advantage
  • Fluent in English; excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to solve problems in a professional manner
