How we maintain and provide our services

a. Host the database. Keep it up and running, make back-ups, install updates of software, virus scanners, firewalls, etc.

b. Maintain reference tables. Make sure all makes and models are still current, new streets are added, new zip codes implemented.

c. Handle feeds. There would still be sales, opt-outs, brochure requests, on-line requests, etc. These would need to be cleansed and loaded into the database.

d. Maintain user names and control access over applications. User names and passwords need to be changed regularly; as client employees change jobs, rights need to change as well.

These activities are all necessary, even when there is no marketing activity. If there is activity- and there always is - we work together with the client and/or with their direct marketing agency in order to optimize their campaigns. Typical activities are:

  • Data analysis, assist in defining what data would be best for a campaign
  • Doing counts, if the client does not want to do them themselves
  • Extracting data for fulfillment
  • Monitoring all response loads
  • Creating metrics
  • Building and executing e-mail campaigns
  • Account and project management
